Once an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like a signature on your package, please email email@example.com with your request within 1 hour of order placement. We require signatures on all packages shipped to NYC and surrounding boroughs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any other questions regarding our shipping policy.
Orders ship complete, if the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will ship once complete.
Orders within the US:
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the US. We ship via Fedex Ground within 3-5 business days of order placement. We ship Monday - Friday. If address is a PO Box, we ship orders via USPS Priority Shipping. For non-continental US Territory, we ship Fedex Ground.
For 2 Day Shipping orders, they will go out same day if order is placed before 12 pm PST.
Orders outside the US:
For international orders we ship Fedex International Economy. International shipping rates vary by country.
Please note that VAT and duties are not included and you may receive a separate bill from Fedex. VAT and duty rates are billed by country and vary.
Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees.
