Once an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like a signature on your package, please email email@example.com with your request within 1 hour of order placement. We require signatures on all packages shipped to NYC and surrounding boroughs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any other questions regarding our shipping policy.
Orders ship complete, if the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will ship once complete.
Orders within the US:
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $500 within the US. We ship via Fedex Ground within 3-5 business days of order placement. We ship Monday - Friday. If address is a PO Box, we ship orders via USPS Priority Shipping. For non-continental US Territory, we ship Fedex Ground.
For 2 Day Shipping orders, they will go out same day if order is placed before 12 pm PST.
Orders outside the US:
For international orders we ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country.
Please note that VAT and duties are included calculated by each countries standard rates. VAT and duties are not included in the event of a return or refund.
Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees.
