Shipping and Route Insurance

Shipping Policy: 

We fufill orders Monday - Friday from our Los Angeles warehouse. Orders placed before 12 pm will go out the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm will go out the following business day. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. 

If you would like a signature on your package, please email help@ciaolucia.com with your request within 1 hour of order placement. We require signatures on all packages shipped to NYC and surrounding boroughs. Please email help@ciaolucia.com for any other questions regarding our shipping policy.

Orders ship only once all items in the order are in-stock. If the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will not ship until that item is in stock. 

Orders within the US: 

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $500 within the US. We ship via Fedex Ground. If the address is a PO Box, we ship orders via USPS Priority Shipping. For non-continental US Territory, we ship Fedex Ground.

For 2 Day Shipping orders, they will go out same day if order is placed before 12 pm PST. 

Orders outside the US: 

For international orders we ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country. Please note that VAT and duties are included calculated by each countries standard rates. VAT and duties are not included in the event of a return or refund. 

Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees. 

Lost Packages and Route Shipping Insurance

Once an order is marked as shipped, Ciao Lucia is no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. Ciao Lucia is not liable for lost packages and we do not refund for any lost or stolen packages (if you'd like shipping insurance, please keep Route included on your order). 

Route shipping insurance is automatically included on each order - you can opt out of shipping insurance by toggling this off. In the event your package has been lost and you'd like to make a claim for a refund on your package, please go to Route's claims page: claims.route.com Note: Route will refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.
