Shipping Policy: 

Once an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. If you would like a signature on your package, please email with your request within 1 hour of order placement. We require signatures on all packages shipped to NYC and surrounding boroughs. Please email for any other questions regarding our shipping policy.

Orders ship complete, if the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will ship once complete. 

Orders within the US: 

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the US. We ship via Fedex Ground within 3-5 business days of order placement. We ship Monday - Friday. If address is a PO Box, we ship orders via USPS Priority Shipping. For non-continental US Territory, we ship Fedex Ground.

For 2 Day Shipping orders, they will go out same day if order is placed before 12 pm PST. 

Orders outside the US: 

For international orders we ship Fedex International Economy. International shipping rates vary by country.

Please note that VAT and duties are not included and you may receive a separate bill from Fedex. VAT and duty rates are billed by country and vary. 

Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees.
