Returns
We hope that you are in love with your new items from Ciao Lucia! In the event you would like to return your order, we've made things simple.
For Returns within the United States
Go to the below URL and follow the steps to generate your prepaid shipping label:
You will enter your name and order number, and if your return meets the below conditions, we will email you return instructions and your pre-paid shipping label.
For Returns Outside the US:
Please reach out to help@ciaolucia.com and we can send you an international return label. Please see below for international return shipping rates. Please note that we do not schedule international pickups for return shipments. Packages will need to be dropped off at closest shipping carrier's location.
Return Conditions:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return.
Once the return is received, Ciao Lucia will issue a full refund for regular priced merchandise that meets the conditions below:
- Returned items must have all original tags attached.
- Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
- Swimwear must be unworn and returned with the hygienic strip.
- Footwear must have all original packaging and soles must have no scuffs or visible wear.
- Final sale items include all discounted items of 20% or more and swimwear and cannot be returned
Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Ciao Lucia has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Rates are as follows:
- $11 for domestic shipments (within the U.S.)
- $30 for international shipments

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be processed via https://ciaolucia.loopreturns.com/. You will enter your name and order number and select the item that you wish to exchange. Exchanges are only available if the alternate size is in stock - we do not offer exchanges on sold out sizes.
